I had not heard that before- makes sense though. but at the time this was going on I happened to be involved in a large seminar that I was really unable to get up constantly to go change and the heavy duty pad alone just wasn't cutting it. so the tampon helped with that a bit - otherwise I would have been shopping on the depends aisle just to keep my suits spot free! lol Susan C.
