Hi everyone I hope this post finds all of you well. I took my daughter back for her endo follow up and I feel like we accomplished very little. First off he made me take her to our family doc because he didnt feel comfortable putting a 16 yr old on bcp's(but insisted that she needed to be on them)he said that this needed to be done to lower her male hormone level. He also said she is IR which you all said she would be but yet he doesnt want to put her on any meds except the bcp's. He would not even prescribe any meds or cream for her hair that is starting to grow under her chin. I feel like screaming! I know it wouldnt do any good though. I just hate to see her so down on herself about the hair problem. It really bothers her and the doc didnt even seem to understand that. Sorry I am rambling, I just needed an ear. Thanks Sharron
