If the she is trying out the chromium to lower insulin levels due to IR - our glucose levels commonly are perfectly normal -even though our insulin in going through the roof- due to the fact that we need to produce so much insulin to keep our glucose where it's supposed to be - I was just wondering if it's necessary to spend the money and do the checks every day.
