Hi everyone,

WELLLLLL..... I went to the dr. the other day and no answers! I was asking for her to put me on Metformin, or like drug, and she refused again.. I even took the research information with me!

She insists that since I have had my ovaries removed that I can not have PCOS and that the Insulin Resistance isn't causing me problems...NOT!!!

I have been doing more and more research and am finding alot of info about Chromium... I am wondering if anyone has had success with this and IR reduction? I am willing to try just about anything! And am hopeful that someone here might know if Chromium helps and what dosage is best???

I would really appreciate any assistance on this topic as I am really reaching in the dark on this one!!!
