Last night I awoke in horrible pain. I've had quite a few of these in my days.....very bad muscle spasms in my calve. The spasms are so horrible that I wake up screaming in excruciating pain, grasp my leg and there is "what feels like" a very hard ball in there. The pain usually lasts for a few minutes or so but that area remains sore for the remainder of the day....sometimes 2 days! I've never been able to associate these pains with anything and was just curious as to whether or not anyone has ever experienced similar episodes. Any thoughts?
