Yep, that sounds right! I should've clarified better...the inositol capsules are 500 mg each, so
I take three each day. Inositol capsules are quite hard to find, but the loose powder is quite
easy to get and you could just take a spoonful of it mixed in liquid if you're willing to try
that. I don't know anything about bladderwrack, sorry! Let me know how these work for you.
