16 yr old daughterFrom: Kelley (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 12 Apr 2000 09:30:25 -0500 (CDT)
My daughter is having a terrible time with acne-she has one or two places that never seem to go away-they look like permanent awful looking pimples. Not little either and one is on her nose and one is on her chin + all the other regular looking ones she has. I don't know how to help her-its so frustrating! She is at 176 lbs now, hasn't had a period since January. We are waiting for complete lab results from a med center study before I try to find a dr. who can actually help her. She was diagnosed with PCOS based on her symptoms and her tetesteroe levels. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we can do in the mean time?
