I did a lot of research before I started taking it just because I like to know what I'm putting in my body (I've become somewhat of a health freak) and I was wondering where everyone read that you are supposed to take Inositol on an empty stomach? I have looked and looked and I have found no information about that. If someone could let me know, I would appreciate it!
