allergies, any others have this??????

Hi there.

I am wondering if anyone has any similar allergies that i have and if so whether it could be related at all to the PCOS or any other gyn problems.

I cannot eat bread or potatoes or lager etc etc; if I the next day (up to 14 hrs later) my sinuses play havoc. Swell up, headache, constant and severe sneezing and dripping nose.

This will last all day unless I take an anti-histamine and by 4hrs later I'm nodding off cos of the side effects of the anti-histamine. I just cannot win. The oterhday I ate really well and ate chcken and veggies, yoghurt etc (i.e. no suspect food) and I felt really reaLLY BAD THE NEXT DAY. I looked at the chicken thing and the ingredients included starch!!!!!!

Anyone have simialr problems cos i think I'm alone with this strange alergy as the doctor had never heard of such side effects fro food or alcohol..
