I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux as well. I have been able to
successful manage through diet. Basically cut out juice and acid
drinks, soft drinks, excess chocolate and aspirin. Don't eat 3-4 hours
before laying down.
I took some over the counter pepcid and the combo medicine and diet has
worked. I would encourage you to see a MD and get a full diangosis and
diagnostics, to ensure you don't have a different diagnosis.
