Let's see....for depression...I cry! We can all use a good cry once & awhile!! However, I have recently begun low-carbing. My energy seems to be UP and I haven't had a bout of depression or a serious mood swing in close to about 2 weeks...which is really good for me!! Give it a try...it may work for you too!
