Kristi,

I just thought I would send some encourgement your way. I am 23 and have been dealing with PCOS for two years now. I recently became so frustrated with my weight that I found I had to do something to get it off. I have been a vegetarian for years but have always included dairy in my diet. In the last few months I have cut out the dairy and have put myself on a fairly strict wholefood vegan diet. It's not an easy transition, but the benefits are amazing. I have lost about 2 dress sizes and I feeel better than ever. I firmly believe that carbs are not to blame. It's all the animal products we consume every day.

Thought you might be interested. Just remember you are more than the number in your pants and the number on the scale.

God Bless, Karen
