Hi Ladies,

Just read all posts that came out today and I must say that alot of moral boosting is needed. If any of you remember I have posted about being on Advocare and my own modified Atkins diet. Well a couple weeks ago I also told myself no more hours on the pc and lounging infront of the TV. If I do I am working some part of my body. Hubby bought me a Recumbend Bike and I must say I tote the thing around the house. If I watch my shows on tv I am not sitting still, I am riding it. I have even mastered typing while riding it since it is a chair positioned bike. Also, I have added 100 slow stomache crunches, 20 pushups, 50 side leg lifts (each leg), anywhere from 3-10 miles on the recumbent bike depending on the show I watch and a couple reps with dumb-bells for my upper body. Be as it may if you do not try and do something daily you will be in limbo. It will be harder to shed pounds and you will skip out on the benefits of feeling really good after you have huffed and puffed for atleast 15 min.

I do smoke and yes that is a bad thing. But, I have concurred the blues of sitting around and I am noticing my body changing and although it still does not look pretty walking around the house naked I am making changes to it. Those imfamous stretch marks do lighten up if you tend to them. I have had them for as long as I can remember and have found Nivea Q10 the firm cream after a shower and with my working out has made them lighter. My belly area is where I hold the most weight and with the stomache crunches done with legs bend and feet on the floor, hands behind the head and bringing the upper body up slowly has been a big improvement. I was told that once you start working out and if the giggle is there that is easier to loose then the firmer bulge. It is easier said then done when some come on and post get up and move the body but you know what.......... if you remain sitting you will only gain more pounds in the butt or move the weight around to the area(s) that is less active. You may loose weight when you notice the scale is moving in the downward position which is a good thing, but if you are not making an effort to firm up the body to make muscle the pounds you loose will be soft and hang there.

For those concerned with skin tags and hairy places and other factors of pcos do not let it get you down. You can still be beautiful outside as well as inside. I have been heavy for over 20 years and I do not care what people think of me. I am who I am. And I have not ever had a problem with not having a date. Or even being married.

Yes I pluck and wonder.................. why i get another skin tag now and then and why i ended up with stretch marks when no one else in my family has them but after sitting limbo for years and now knowing what is causeing and what I can do to HELP MYSELF I am motivated. Having a knowledgable doctor helps too. I have had my share of the DR.s that do nothing and are completly ignorant to why and what is happening to our bodies but that should make you prove them wrong.

I have been put on Vaniqua cream for facial hair and have noticed that it does slow the hair growth done SOME but does not take it away. Everything we try will help but it takes other methods as well to assist what we are taking and doing to also boost the weight problem, hair growth and hair loss. I feel If I have time to sit and mope then I have time to get my big o bootie rolling and work the pounds off me as well as firm my body. So ladies find an inspiration point and or something you want so bad and work toward that. You will find that sooner then later it is not so bad to work out during your tv show or while you are sitting on the pc trying to figure out why, you can have time to change you while looking for that ADDED help. There is no cure only Help. I am hoping that I did not offend anyone that was not my intension in posting. I do post once in awhile and try to post all positive things. Venting here is not so bad either but take that anger after posting and put it to good use *wink* you will see how good you feel after a good workout even if it is only 15 minutes a day.
