(to Leslie) If you have a reproductive endocrinologist, and your RE knows you want to conceive, did he do a fertility work-up? Mine took a medical history, blood for labs, an exam with ultrasound, and followed up with an HSG.

(to all) I didn't have as many cysts as expected, and insulin was the only hormone that was off, but I'm still being treated for PCOS. I've read you don't have to have all the symptoms to have it.
