I am in exactly the same boat as you! If some of my friends ate what I ate and exercised as much as I do, they'd weigh 90lbs! It can be so frustrating!!!!! I've just had a tough few months and actually gained two pounds, so I started taking ephedrine. It's supposed to be very very bad but I just want to lose a little bit (I'm a bridesmaid in two months and the dress is teeny tiny). My GP wants me to wait a month before starting metformin, but I'm willing to try anything. Please post regularly if you plan on taking it so I can share your experiences!
