It's been awhile since I checked out this page. All of my bookmarks were accidentally reset and I hadn't been searching to "refind" the web address, but I have been meaning to say thank you to all that responded to my last question about my high cholesterol and PCOS. It is so nice to have this kind of support and information network. AND-I have my first appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist in a few days. I'm really nervous because I don't know what to expect, so I'll take any info from any of you veterans out there. I haven't been told anything except to show up, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to fast, if the first appointment will be a full (you know what I mean) examinitation, stuff like that. I'd like to know what to expect before I go in there for the first time. I hate initial appointments with new doctors. Lastly, does anyone have anything to say about Suzanne Sommers' diet? I saw her on Rosie O'Donnell's show today and was wondering if anyone was trying and/or having any luck with her plan. Zone, Carb Addict, Suzanne Sommers...I don't know which ones are right!
