lowcarbluxury is an awesome site. the lady who does the site has spend alot of time making recipes... also, do a search on yahoo! for "low carb" and you'll get a TON of sites and stuff.

As for the sweet craving try the sugar free COOK pudding (Jell-o makes it), and use heavy cream to make it! Excellent treat! it is about 10-12 carbs per serving (depending on if you make 4 or 5 out of it), when you make this, use a wire whisk in the pan for a smooth pudding or a regular wooden spoon for a little lumpier (if you like lumps in your hot chocolate, you'll like it this way!). It comes out VERY thick and solid. Also, use the INSTANT sugar free jell-o chocolate pudding with heavy cream and the mixer to make a more mousse-like texture. this is delicious too!
