Need advise from this case. A 32 yold patient had complains of low pain, dismenorrhea and urine lost. Her MD decided to perform a perineoplasty (Kelly et al) It was done in November. Since than she is having dispareunia. I examined her and found that she has pain on the scar, a little nodule under the vaginal mucosa, (suture, maybe) What to do?
