Anything new for treatment of menopausal symptoms in patients who have had breast cancer and can't use HRT? I saw a report that Paxil was useful. Has anyone tried this? I searched through the archives and this topic was last discussed a couple of years ago, with clonidine, Bellargal, Peridin-C, MPA, soy proteins mentioned. I'm giving a talk to our local breast cancer support group and would appreciate any ideas on this subject. If anyone can point me to breast cancer sites that might have info on managing menopause, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
