that was probably my post....the book, IMO,included parents who were less than sympathetic characters, OB who was fixated on building trophy house, CNM and RN who never checked the FH on admission to labor (n.b....value of admission strip????), antepartum testing unit that did not follow up on discordant twins, hired guns, insurance companies who did not want to support their policy holders. IMO Kurt Benirshke was probably the only one in a long cast of characters who emerged unscathed.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
