Your first post said that the colpo was inadequate I believe. If extremely atrophic you could treat with Premarin vaginal cream and recolpo in 6 weeks. The problem with following the pap only in the low sensitivity, especially since the SCJ was inadequately evaluated. Stephen

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
