Geff: I would review prior ultrasound report carefully to make certain you are dealing with accurate gest age. If the GA is accurate, then since your fetal testing (NST, AFI) is reassuring, one optionI would be to deliver her at 39 weeks without performing additional amniocentesis. Second option, especially if you have concerns regarding that first ultrasound, wouild be to repeat the amniocentesis prior to scheduled section at 39 weeks. Best wishes.
