But then you're talking treatment, not prophylaxis. If, on the basis of a normal bone density, you would decide against combined estrogen/Fosamax, then I take it you are against using them together preventatively, is that correct?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
