It depends on the opinion of the parents. If they want to have the baby, if they consider him as a normal child, => C-section. If the baby is considered as lost => vaginal birth with drainage. Of course your opinion has to be considered too.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
