This particular poster has previously personally attacked me as being anti-homebirths in sci.med.midwifery my posting in response was blocked by the moderators as it was thought to be too personal a matter. I found this post very confusing - I also couldn't understand how come the post was misattributing comments to Jason and I. I wasn't sure how a manouevre intended to increase the AP diameters of the pelvis to allow the shopulders through could "crush" the fetal head once it was already out of the pelvis ! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
