Well, let's turn this around. As I said (and I trust *all* will agree), the burden of proof is on those making the claim of benefits. So, what benefits do you cite for the episiotomites you perform, and what is the evidence? For each benefit you claim, I'll cite you the evidence *against* that claim, and you cite the evidence *for* it, and we'll see which is stronger. How's that?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
