" Jean Jacques Rousseau With no hot flushes, it sounds like she's not suppressed. I'm assuming this bleeding is not cyclic. I would probably check an estradiol level and maybe an endometrial stripe measurement on her, and if they're not what you think they should be, give her the 7.5 mg.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
