Yes

Yes -- sorry don't have my RCTs in front of me, but in my anecdotal
experience, I have not had any problems.

I tell all my VBACs there is a small chance of uterine rupture with labor,
but risks are less than risks of surgery, and I tell my inductions there is
a small chance of hyperstim with fetal distress and no guarantee of vaginal
delivery(i.e., not all inductions are successful)

Nope.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
