You are right Laurie - "Some" is more appropriate, especially since I've read the additional posts. I know that there are many physicians out there who don't see themselves as our adversaries (there are even a few in our commnunity!) but it gets tiresome after awhile. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
