Re: Vaginal Breech after C/S?From: ATFSOCCER@aol.comSat Jun 21 08:02:37 1997
In a message dated 97-06-20 07:15:26 EDT, you write: << For all it is worth, I do *ALL* breeches after previous C/S as C/S. I also do *ALL* primi breeches as C/S. (I have done my share of vaginal breeches and still do) el >> I do not believe there is any data to show increased risk of rupture of the uterus or injury to the fetus in a VBAC breech delivery. We are currently delivering breeches vaginally after prior LTCS (low transverse) as well as attempting external versions on VBAC candidates. Andy

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
