Dear List Members,

One more case:

Woman of 24 YO. One first pregnancy ended at 25 weeks, spontaneous and quick labour without fever or PROM. An US during that pregnancy found "a cloisoned or double uterus". Normal and regular menses, normal external genitalia, normal vaginal exam.

Intra venous pyelogram: right ureteral bifidity. 1. What is your next diagnostic step ? 2. What are your therapeutic options ? 3. What would you tell her ?

Hysterosalpingogram can be viewed using a web browser at URL: ftp://ftp.obgyn.net/pub/OB-GYN-L/bcrist.jpg

Or, download the file by anonymous ftp from ftp.obgyn.net, directory /pub/OB-GYN-L.

Prize to be discussed ;-)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
