You are entitled to copies of your medical records and any reasonable gyn would release them either to you or to another MD as long as there is a signed request. I would love to hear the other side of your story from your earstwhile gyn. I suspect it would be quite different.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
