The data supports that in-house coverage decreases the rate of cesearean section for dystocia by 37% and the rate of CS for fetal distress by 31%. See Am J Obstet Gyneceol 1995;172:637-41.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
