Internet UseFrom: Roberta Speyer (roberta.speyer@elecomm.com)Wed Sep 25 09:42:34 1996
Dear List Members, I recently had a discussion with an executive at a major US Pharmaceutical company who was questioning the number of Ob/Gyn's using Internet technology (She thought it was low). It has been my observation that Ob/Gyn's as a group have long been early adopters of technological advancements. It is my opinion that Internet use in this group is higher than most other specialties and growing rapidly. I would really appreciate the opinions and observations of the list on this subject. How many Ob/Gyn's are using the Internet (world wide) now, and how soon do you think before it will be an every day part of doing business? What are the areas that you feel it can/will be most helpful to you in the future? Thank you for your help, Roberta

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
