Re: uterus adhesionFrom: R. Daniel Braun (rBraun@IUNET.IUPUI.EDU)Wed Sep 25 07:09:58 1996
Can't identify any structures in anterior space. Will try to treat menorrhagia medically, but if pain and further growth continue, what advice can listers offer to keep out of trouble at TAH? Gordon Did she have a uterine suspension in the past ?? Find the ureters and bladder BEFORE you cut them. Sorry, I just had to try to be cute. No real helpful ideas, just good luck and be careful. @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ R.Daniel Braun, MD FACOG "Money will buy you a fine dog, Clinical Professor but only love can make it wag its Department of OB/GYN tail" Indiana U. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
