I will email you privately with some references I received from Dr. Braun of Indianoplace (I lived there so I can call it that too) - but my brief review suggests that there is NO data comparing the two in pregnancy.

I don't think it's clear that she needs anything, but I would err on the side of minidose heparin in her.
