I understand your position, but there is little to suggest that your adhesolysis will facilitate her next cesarean - you might even decrease her fertility. While I would advocate VBAC in general, if my choices were a prophylactic procedure now AND a c/s later versus just a slow, planned c/s that might not be necessary, I'll choose the latter.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
