Is the patient on any medications e.g., psychotherapeutics? I would wonder about intrapartum anesthesia and analgesia. What was the management of the second stage, the size of infant and type of presentation?

No Medications.

Epidural with 1st del. Local with 2nd del. Pudendal with this del.

This del. was forceps after 40 minutes in second stage for prolonged deceleration of FHR to 90's for 5 minutes. Vtx in OLA at +4/5 sta.
