C-section versus vaginal delivery (percentages)

I would like to know the relation between c-sections versus vaginal delivery in different hospitals either private or government, in different countries. In one private hospital in Tampico, Mexico the relation is actually 72% c-sections versus 28% vaginal delivery, wich is extremely high for c-section. Thank You.
