Our patients are admitted 1 and 1/2 hours prior to scheduled c-section time. Patients are NPO after midnight. Usually get a spinal in the csection room and then go home day 2 and 1/2 or day 3. Mitch N.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
