Yes!! Be careful. With that many adhesions s/p c-section you will never know where the bladder is. We filled the bladder with methylene blue solution intermittantly and worried constantly, but somehow avoided it. However, it was distorted and 2 inches up on one side of the uterus. We were able to complete it laparoscopically, though. We were doing a laparoscopic assisted vag hyst and with a history like yours were afraid of getting into the bladder from below or never getting in anteriorly. Good luck. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
