You should also factor in those cases that are diagnosed, but the mother declines to terminate the pregnancy. I have no idea whether this is significant or not, but I do find quite a few who state in advance that even though they are having triple screen and/or amnio they plan to continue the pregnancy in any event.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
