If no conduction defects seen on EKG and free T4 normal (in infant) is likely normal variant. Needs observation for signs and symptoms CHF. ANA was your most likely significant test in mom. I've seen this twice now with no pathology identified. Luckily, both times the strip was consistently reactive and 110 - 120.
