I was hoping (in my naive way), that maybe I had found a place where clinical dialogues could be carried out. It is extremely discouraging when having just finished a difficult case or encountering an interesting fetal anomaly, I look forward to sharing it with my collegues, only to be overtaken by a diatribe over managed care or political crap. Could we simply limit this forum to interesting and intellectually challenging topics and not this POLITICAL GARBAGE! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
