George,

I am interested in your comments here. Could you please quote some studies which support the use of progesterone in recurrent miscarriage? I have searched for this, as I learn from the internet that its use is quite widespread in the US, certainly moreso than the UK. From what I can see the use of progesterone for this indication is not evidence- based.

The studies listed below find no significant improvement in pregnancy success rate with progesterone supplementation. Of course I understand its use in IVF cycles is well proven.
