Uterus didelphysFrom: Mark Perloe (mperloe@ivf.com)Sat Aug 31 14:49:14 1996
Recently saw a patient with a didelphic uterus where the left ureter and kidney are missing. The left tube and ovary are present. Yet the left hemiuterus is about 50% of the size on the right. Has anyone seen this? what pregnancy outcomes were noted? Would you allow pregnancy in either uterine horn? Would you cerclage?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
