But usually the on topics will resurface in due time. So, just hit delete (or whatever) and start writing what you really want to talk about. Regarding US politics: Judging from several computer related discussion forums I have participated in for the last few years, half of the US techno-intelligentia are libertarian (small l) anti-statist anarcho-capitalists who don't give a damn who will win the upcoming election. Is this a trend, or just a very biased impression?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
