I am what I hope is an underserved and underrepresented majority of the population.(especially among Physicians. That is a FISCAL conservative and a SOCIAL Liberal. The current leadership of the Republican Party seems to me to be Fiscal Conservative (OK) and somewhere to the right of Attila when it comes to SOCIAL. Everybody in the world better believe the same way they do or else.<<

I justed popped on down to Republican headquarters when I heard about it, and I picked up a copy so I could read about the plans before I decided on who would receive my vote. Of course, if I were to believe that Republicans wanted to "starve our children, pollute our planet, and throw our elderly out on the streets", I, too, might be a little reluctant to vote for them. however, the actions (not what the press says about their actions) that I have seen over the past couple years since they have gained control of Congress (with the exception of the minimum wage increase - [if you want to know why - ask - and I will e-mail my reasons]) are beneficial, and I would like to see what they do with a President who has similar goals. I would be interested in hearing specifically what social policies that the Republicans are trying to implement that you disagree with, as well as the liberal policies that you would like to see implemented and why, as you may have a very valid point, but I cannot judge the policies for their merits when all I know about the one that you mention is that they are "somewhere to the right of Attila when it comes to SOCIAL"

If they are good ideas, why not incorporate them. That is progress and cooperation. If it benefits US then I'm all for it, whom ever thunk it up.

If he actually does help get the ideas going - sure, incorporating them is great. Will he?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
