We've had some bad experiences with "unkown" stuff from south of the border. I'd probably just go with a scheduled repeat...

Joe P.

On the other hand, I spent 11 years (1983-1994) in Odessa and we didn't have any problems like that at all. About 25 % of our previous sections had been don SOTB (South of the Border). The first several years I was there, we did all repeats without any TOL.We didn't find but an Occasional patient who had a classical. The last couple of years, we did almost all TOL's unless we found a reason to repeat, like KNOWN classical. No disasters. It's better to be lucky than good I guess.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
