<<36 year old G3P2 with 2 previous C/sections in Mexico in 1984 and 1986 for average sized babies. Patient does not remember why first section was performed, but reports it was done "in a hurry". Second section was a planned repeat. Surgical records from the sections are not available, but the skin incision is vertical.>> We've had some bad experiences with "unkown" stuff from south of the border. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
